2) Phone Calls

3) E-Sign & Electronic Records

You agree to receive agreements, disclosures, and notices electronically (PDF/email/portal) and to sign electronically. You can request paper copies or withdraw e-sign consent by contacting us (processing time may affect service speed).

4) Document Uploads

You authorize us to collect documents and information you upload (e.g., buyer’s orders, IDs, trade details, vehicle preferences). You represent you have the right to share them and that they’re accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Do not upload highly sensitive data we don’t ask. If financing is involved, we’ll tell you exactly what’s needed and how to submit it securely.

5) Sharing with Partner Dealers/Providers (At Your Direction)

To perform the services you request, you authorize us to share relevant information with partner dealerships, delivery/transport services, mobile notaries, and other vendors you select or approve.

6) Purpose & Use of Information

We use your information to provide services (vehicle sourcing, quote requests, scheduling, deal audits), to verify identity, to communicate with you, to improve our services, and to meet legal/compliance obligations.

7) Your Choices
