Communications & files: messages, call/SMS notes, uploaded docs and photos.
Payment info: handled by our payment processor; we don’t store full card numbers.
Automatic collection:
Technical data: IP address, device/browser, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies.
Analytics: usage metrics to improve the site (see “Cookies & Analytics”).
Sensitive data we avoid:
Please do not upload Social Security numbers, full credit reports, or banking details unless we specifically request a limited item through a secure channel for a defined purpose.

Service providers (“processors”) that operate our systems (hosting, cloud storage, e-signature, scheduling, payments, analytics, email/SMS). They may access information only to perform services for us and may not use it for their own purposes.
Legal & safety: if required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or our agreement.

Note: If you later ask us to coordinate transport or mobile notary, we’ll only share the minimum necessary details with those vendors after you approve.

Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
