We’ll review your questionnaire, verify key details, and assemble a complete deal package for our dealer partner. This typically includes your buyer profile, vehicle specifications, preferred terms (cash/finance/lease), trade-in documentation (VIN, mileage, payoff), incentives/eligibility, and required IDs (driver’s license state, contact info). We format everything into a clean summary, then transmit it securely to the dealer so they can apply our pre-negotiated price and pull paperwork in advance. You’ll receive a confirmation and a checklist of anything still needed.

Once we confirm your desired vehicle is available, we’ll present a clear, pre-negotiated deal for your review. It will outline the vehicle details, itemized pricing with taxes and fees, any incentives or rebates, and the total out-the-door amount. Your trade-in will be valued using fair-market data from public guides and current market trends, adjusted for your vehicle’s condition, mileage, options, and reconditioning needs. If financing or leasing applies, we’ll include term, APR or money factor/residual, and estimated payment. You can approve as-is or request changes; we’ll refine with the dealer and reissue the OTD summary for your approval.

Once you approve the deal structure, we’ll initiate the purchase process and confirm your final structure along with lender options. We’ll outline available protection products (e.g., extended service contracts, GAP, tire/wheel, appearance, prepaid maintenance) with clear coverage, pricing, and term details. Using your ownership horizon, mileage habits, and risk tolerance, we’ll explain what adds value, and what you can skip, so you can make informed, pressure-free choices. After you select what to include (if anything), we’ll lock in the terms and prepare your paperwork.

Once your deal structure and purchase options are finalized, we’ll coordinate paperwork on your terms. Either at the dealership or with us. We’ll schedule a time and location convenient for you. If you are not local to us, the dealer may offer to send a pre-sign packet summarizing your OTD total, lender terms, and any protections selected, and provide a short checklist of what to bring (driver’s license, insurance, payoff letter, funds). We’ll also confirm pickup or delivery logistics.

Once the paperwork is complete, it’s time to take delivery! We’ll coordinate with you and the dealer to schedule either in-store pickup or, where available, home delivery, and we’ll share a short delivery checklist (IDs, insurance card, payment method, trade-in keys/title). We’ll confirm the vehicle’s readiness, plate/temp-tag status, and any add-ons installed, and remain on call during handoff for a quick numbers audit and feature walkthrough. Prefer delivery?
